the following servicing contract is closed:
§1 (object)
The customer allows to carry out the whole servicing work for the undermentioned vehicle at regular intervals at the company Autotechna International GmbH.
§2 (notification)
The servicing appointments are fixed by the Autotechna International GmbH beforehand. A special notification before the respective appointment does not occur. Appointment changes are to be tuned at the latest 2 working days before.
§3 (servicing and costs)
We charge to you for the prices which have validity during the day of the order winding up, the technical and optical state of the vehicle is checked during the servicing and service work by our customer service. Besides, ascertained defects are immediately repaired, provided that the costs of the additional works do not cross the agreed net invoice amount. If bigger repair becomes necessary, the notification with a quotation occurs.
§4 (road safety)
Necessary TFÜ - decreases (technical vehicle supervision) and MEADOW (exhaust gas investigation) is carried out by the prescribed appointments and after the legal regulations.
§5 (term)
The contract begins in ___. ___,200 __. He has a validity of one year and is extended in each case by 12 months when he is not discontinued 3 months before in writing.
§6 (service beginning)
___. ___,200 __ is the day of maturity for the first main service or control service. With new vehicles this appointment counts to the free guarantee inspection.
§7(Vehicle data)
A copy of the vehicle light from which we can see all data including the car registration number and the registration day at the licensing authority makes available (vehicle data) of the vehicle owners to us. Otherwise this is to be filled under §9 performed data sheet. The owner guarantees the correctness of the data. We undertake to transmit this information for data protection-juridical reasons not into three parts.
§8 (place of fulfilment and legal venue)
Place of fulfilment and legal venue is Bremen.

Having to do are ascertained during the servicing work defects of the vehicle, a repair can be carried out up to a height of € ____________ (at least nevertheless, 140.00 €) without previous approval of the vehicle holder.
§10 (liability)
For the damages which originate on the basis of wrong information we take over no liability.
